I had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of shopping. The suites were luxurious and comfortable, and the staff went the extra mile to provide excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a good breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. Its location was convenient, close to shopping centers and supermarkets. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
There was construction going on during the day that made the stay noisy and uncomfortable. the loud music from the neighboring venue on the weekends was disruptive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my backpacking trip. the location was ideal for me, as it was close to several stores and restaurants. the breakfast was filling and the staff were always friendly and courteous.
I was surprised to find out that not bringing my passport resulted in a 19% increase in taxes per day. It was frustrating to learn about this after the fact and had to go through a difficult process to get an exemption.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of the shopping district made it easy to find great gifts and souvenirs for my loved ones. The fact that the hotel offered a nice meeting space made it easier to spend more quality time with my family and friends during the festive season.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not inform me of the additional tax charge for not having my passport with me, which led to an unpleasant experience with DIAN. I felt cheated when I saw that the hotel had overcharged me for drinks and chips.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff provided personal service and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
